At VDM Clothing, every piece is crafted on demand through our trusted production partner. No mass production. No warehouses. Just exclusive gear, made for you.

⚒️ Production Time

Each item is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your piece to be created before it ships out.

🚚 Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • Australia: 2–8 business days after production

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and external factors.

🛃 Customs & Duties

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country. VDM does not cover or prepay these costs.

📦 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package on its journey.


🔄 VDM Refund & Return Policy

Our gear is made-to-order — we don’t keep stock on shelves. Every item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer’s remorse.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

❌ What We Can’t Accept

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please double-check our size guides before purchasing)

  • Change of mind / personal dislike after receiving the item

We aim to process all refund/replacement requests within 3–5 business days after receiving your email.
